How to exercise your rights.
If you have given us your data, for example in the contact form, you can decide what we do with it. The text is being reviewed by our legal advisers.
1. What you can ask us for
- Access: find out what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Erasure: have it deleted.
- Objection and restriction: have us stop using it, or use it only for something specific.
- Portability: receive it in a format you can take with you.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
2. How to do it
Write to us at tara@soytara.com with the subject “Data protection”. Tell us which right you want to exercise and which email address you used to contact us. If we need to check it's you, we will ask.
We will reply within one month at the latest. It's free of charge.
3. If you disagree with our reply
You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
