This page explains how TARA handles personal data on this website. The text is being reviewed by our legal advisers; sections that are not yet settled are marked as pending and will be completed before TARA processes data in any school.
2. What data we process on this website
Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, type of organisation and name of the school or organisation and, if you wish, role, province or region and message.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not sell data.
3. What we use it for and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, send you information about the pilot or the project dossier. We do not use it for anything else.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to tara@soytara.com.
4. How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Pending: specific retention period after the enquiry.
5. Who else may process it
We do not pass your data on to third parties. It is processed on TARA's behalf by the providers of our technical services, such as website hosting and email delivery.
Pending confirmation by the technical team: the list of providers and whether any of them process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards that apply.
6. Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its processing and ask for its portability. We explain how in How to exercise your rights.
7. TARA in schools
TARA is not yet used in any school. Before the pilot starts, data processing for each mode will be governed by the agreement with each school and by specific information for teachers and families.
